 RECYCLING
Visit www.earth911.org for tips and info on recycling different types of material including paper, metal, glass, electronics, etc.
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (aka EPA), waste from schools, institutions, and businesses makes up about 35 to 45% of all municipal solid waste.
Your Go Green team can help lower that number!
WASTE REDUCTION
Use non-disposable items e.g. reusable water bottles or containers instead of plastic bags at lunch.
Limit computer print outs, etc.
ENERGY CONSERVATION
Turn off lights.
When not being used, power down or put computers to sleep.
