June 10, 2008

In attendance were Senator Sandra Cunningham, Assemblyman Anthony Chiappone, Mayor Terrence Malloy, Council President Vincent Lo Re, Jr., Principal Janice Lo Re, Tech. Director David Minard, school board members and many parents.

The teacher, Mrs. Popowski, reviewed the seven Internet Smarts case studies. A lesson was lead by two seventh grade classes, who reviewed the Cyberbullying case study as well as follow-up materials, including an impressive terrific black & white i-Movie PSA. Several students also reviewed information about each visiting official, found online, and asked questions to each on the subject of Cyberbullying.
