"I would first like to commend Cablevision on its Power to Learn Internet Smarts program," said Assembly Speaker Oliver. "In today's digital age, I believe it's vital that we equip students of all ages with the necessary resources and knowledge required to safely navigate the web. We read about the tragic consequences of cyberbullying all too often and need to help young people understand that irresponsible online behavior such as bullying can have truly devastating repercussions."
