Martin is a native of Most, Czech Republic and is now a three-time member of the Czech Olympic team. In 10 career Olympic games, Rucinsky has tallied seven points (three goals and four assists) and helped the Czech team win the Gold at the 1998 Winter Games in Nagano, Japan. Aside from the Olympics, "Rosey" has represented the Czech Republic at the World Championships three times (1994, 1999, and 2000), the World Cup (1996), the Canada Cup (1991), and the World Junior Championships (1991). Rucinsky currently ranks fourth on the Rangers in points with 42 (13 goals and 29 assists) despite missing considerable time with a knee injury. He is known for his versatility to play in all special teams situations and has the ability to play a scoring and/or a checking role.

I love soccer as well. I am looking forward to watching the Czech Republic compete in the World Cup this summer. We have a very good team this year.
