Evaluating Sources
To believe or not to believe...that is the question

Free Speech does not always mean accurate and complete speech.

While you may automatically question the truth of a bit of gossip coming from the class busybody, you may accept as truth much of what you see, hear and read without asking yourself some important questions.

The Internet is a truly democratic medium where just about anyone can get his or her opinions and ideas out to the public. Speech on the Internet is free but often unfounded and therefore users must approach what they see, hear and read with a critical eye.
