Have students create a Cool Women timeline so that they can see a linear progression of events. As they find out the particular dates ask them to put these women's lives in context with what was happening at the same time in their homelands. Also, encourage them to think about which Cool Women were contemporaries? Ask questions such as, Who lived at the same time? Date Cool Women Current Events/Contemporaries
